How it all started...
A group of 8 men and women met in the home of Millard and Martha Cates (pictured right) on December 24th, 1989. They were burdened for their community and wanted a church that would proclaim the Gospel boldly and love people in the process. There was no preacher, no musicians, no facility. Just a group of people who loved Jesus, loved people, and began living their purpose.
Over the next few years, God provided Vision with a new pastor, a new building on Buffaloe Road, and significant growth. In fact, there was so much growth that the church realized they were quickly outgrowing the building that God had given them.

Expanding the vision...
In 2012, a new building was built so that more people could worship together on Sundays. God was leading the way and making a way, which was evident by the many people sacrificing and paying the building off in less than 5 years.
Where we are headed...
We believe that Vision is about to experience it's best days as a community of believers. We are now focused on intentionally making disciples of Christ, who will make disciples of Christ. We want our creativity, our innovative thinking, our generosity, and our love for people to be used to share the gospel in ways that we can only imagine. We truly believe the best is yet to come!
Be a part of our story...
Join us every Sunday as we gather to worship together at 10:00am.
